Dear Valued Tenants,
We're writing to inform you about a few upcoming changes regarding rent payments and maintenance requests at Barryview Suites.
New Ownership and Rent Payments (Effective August 28th):
We'd like to welcome Barryview Holdings, LLC as the new owner of the property! To ensure a smooth transition, rent payments starting August 28th will need to be made out to Barryview Holdings, LLC by check or money order.
Future Online Payment Options:
We understand the convenience of online payments, and we're actively working on implementing an online payment system. We'll keep you updated on its availability in a future letter.
In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and cooperation in using physical checks or money orders for rent payments.
New Maintenance Request Procedure:
To streamline the maintenance process and ensure timely responses, we've implemented a new ticketing system. All maintenance requests moving forward should be submitted via email to barryviewsuites@gmail.com with "Maintenance Request" in the subject line.
Rent Due Date and Late Fees:
Please remember that rent remains due on the 5th of each month to avoid late fees.
