The Lease

Our leases offer a secure and stable foundation for your business, with a minimum one-year term and automatic renewal. Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a long-term commitment to your workspace.

Application

To begin the leasing process, please submit a rental application along with a non-refundable $20.00 application fee. We typically process applications within 24-48 hours.

Schedule Your Tour

Ready to see our office suites firsthand? Contact us to schedule a tour at your convenience. We welcome both appointments and walk-ins. Our leasing office is located in Suite 150.

Deposit

A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at the time of lease signing. This deposit serves as a safeguard for the property and will be refunded upon lease termination upon completing a moveout inspection.

The Keys

Upon signing your lease and completing a walkthrough of your new office suite, you'll receive your suite keys and building entry card. You're now ready to start making your workspace your own!

The Rent

Rent is due prior to occupancy unless otherwise agreed upon with the property manager. Payments can be made by check, money order, or through online invoicing (subject to additional fees).

Meet Todd, Your Dedicated Property Manager

Todd is our dedicated nighttime building manager, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all. With over three decades of experience in security, including a background in challenging Kansas City establishments, Todd brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Registered with the KCPD as the building's security contact, he is committed to maintaining a high level of safety.

In addition to his security duties, Todd is also our skilled nighttime maintenance technician. With eight years of experience maintaining the Barryview Building, he has a deep understanding of its unique needs. Prior to joining our team, he honed his skills by working on some of the West Bottoms' oldest buildings. Always on call and available to assist our tenants, Todd is dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Beyond his security and maintenance responsibilities, Todd is also a talented video editor with experience working on major film projects. Together with Amanda, he also pursues his passion for filmmaking. Additionally, Todd takes pride in caring for both the local wildlife and the building's feline residents. His unique combination of skills makes him an invaluable asset to our community.
